I separated this from a 4L60E out of a 1999 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 4x4 truck with push button shift, 198k miles. I think it should be good for any 4L60E push button shift application but you'll want to confirm that. The oil seal gasket in the very back has a tear in it, I'd recommend replacing it. I was told the truck crawled itself up on the trailer with its front axle so I assume this is in operational condition.
