Thanks @sewlow! All I see is $51.00 w/ free shipping, LOL, it sucks that you guys have to pay big bucks to have things shipped from the US to Canada.

...and that's the main reason my '98's been off the road for...uhmmm...*cough-cough*...years!

The local parts sellers/wreckers jack the price up to where it's just that little bit cheaper than getting the same from across the line.
Then there's the Canuck Buck that ain't worth **** right now.
$3500.00-$4000.00 for a 250,000+ mile 5.3/4L80e, inc. harness & computer? Ouch! Even more with less miles.
A 6.0? Can't even consider that around here. My butt would hurt for way longer than the time it would take to do the install.
An hour south & the same 5.3 is $1200.00-$1500.00 with 1/2 the mileage.

I am only 800' feet from the border though. I use a shipping house address just on the other side. Basically a private post office box which shows up on the seller's/shipper's way-bill as an actual address. Many U.S. co.'s won't ship to P.O. box numbers.

:eek: Wow! That is a lot of money for an engine and tranny that has a lot of miles on them. Not even worth it. For that much you could buy a GMT800 with that engine already in it.

We have this damn ******-Socialist Government monopoly insurance 'company' here. The only show in town. Actually, the whole province. I have opinions about that whole Gong Show.
It's a...well... the 'language blocker' on here won't let me say what I'd really like to. Lol!
If even a reasonably low mile vehicle gets written off here, the owner gets paid out, but...the insurance co. keeps the vehicle. There's no arguing with them. No second opinion. If they say it's gone, it's gone.
Need a 'Vendor's License', (i.e. Wreckers & Bodyshops.) to buy those wrecked vehicles at government-run auctions. Usually sold in lots of 3 to 4 vehicles which may be from the same manufacturer, but unrelated in platform. Supposed to prevent one being rebuilt from a lot of 4.
Don't get me going on their top-heavy grossly over-paid business management system!

Damn! Kind of made a left turn there from the subject at hand!
Oops! Apologies to the O/P.

That's gorgeous, sadly my truck is a 92.. don't think a 95-99 will fit it..
Yep it will. Youll have to get a lower valance, but then it just bolts on. Ive done it numerous times. Ive had a 93, and now I have a 90 and I upgraded both. Done it for a few friends too. The 95+ grilles just look better to me. I always upgrade my mirrors too.
