So I dropped in a brand new sending unit and fuel pump, shortly after I noticed that going from park or neutral to drive or reverse it drops into gear hard enough to jolt the truck. I believe that it is from the higher idle now with the new pump, it's running just under 1000rpm at idle. Not sure if I gota hook it up to a scanner to tune the fuel regulator back or if it requires a new regulator. Or what it is exactly...

The fuel pressure regulator should drop pressure when its connected and raise it when disconnected

Never mind it was just a weird coincidence, Prolly caused by a buddy, that a vacuum hose on the air intake came off when I swapped the pump
