Need help identifying this loose part

I am currently trying to get my '95 Checy C1500 started and I need help trying to find this loose part.

Evap line, goes to the vapor canister from the TBI unit

It’s hard to tell in the picture but there should be an empty nipple on top of the charcoal canister.

Pull that (looks like a 1/4” bit) out of the elbow.

Easy to patch with vacuum hose where the plastic is broken
