Do these exist still, or is the another substitute on the market? And I'm not talking about a bull bar either.

The nfab ones do exist, but I like the look of the pro-comp prerunner one better. Since it bolts onto the top of the bumper it looks like it fits the truck better IMO

The guy that owns that truck pictured works at the 4wheelparts by my house and lives down the street from my ex's parents. He tried to tell me that a SAS is gonna ruin a truck and that he would put money on his truck performing better off road than my ccsb. But when I asked him to come out and prove it he told me his truck doesn't get dirty.

That does not look like the smittybilt in the above pic. In fact the smittybilt looks suspiciously like the Nfab...notice the gussets at the front?

I believe N-Fab and Smittybilt are sister companies haha
