That one is for a roller cam engine. The flat tappet cam uses a different cam sprocket.

Cloyes 3202S or equivalent.

The timing chain should be the same. The only difference between a 305 and a 350 is the bore size and the heads.


Is the timing chain replacement the same for all the SBCs? I see some videos for the 5.7 but not 5.0.

If someone could point out a video or write up for the process I would appreciate it!
