I replaced the two map lights on the overhead console with LED bulbs. The bulbs originally worked fine. Now, they do not work at all. I put the bulbs in another socket and they work just fine. I also tried another 194 bulb against the contact for the map lights and it lit up just fine. The problem is the housing around the map lights prevents most 194 LED bulbs, which is why I ordered a special shorter one from Super bright LEDs. I am confused why the original LED bulbs are not working for the map lights but work in other areas.
