Kickdown Cable?

I got something going on with it not kicking down. It has been driving fine but when i mash it to get on the highway it doesnt drop down or kick up the RPMs enough. It goes at a decent speed but not where it should be. I hear it may be the kick down cable or something like that? never really messed with one. Any ideas?..

Can u post any pics of where it's at now? Do u have a throttle body spacer?
