Well, decided that if im gonna build another engine, im gonna build this ***** right.


Here is what the motor swap is gonna be, heading down to the speedshop and the wreckers tomorrow to pick up mostly everything.

-350, STD Bore and main, Clevite Rod bearings, Federal-Mogul Main Bearings, Federal Mogul Moly Rings, Flat top pistons with 2 Valve reliefs, Milidon HV Oil Pump

Lunati Bracket Master II Cam.

* Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 292/292
* Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 230/230
* Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .480/.480
* LSA/ICL: 109/107
* RPM Range: 2000-6000

-Comp Cams Double Roller from last engine (Had 200 KM on it)

-1998 906 Vortec's, Fitted with Comp Springs/Retainers/Locks and Fel-Pro Seals (The 64cc chamber should give me a 10.5:1 Ratio)

-Professional Products Hurricane Plus (Super Victor knock off) Gasket matched to Fel-Pro Gaskets

-Holley 850 DP, Fitted with Holley Quick Jet change front bowl, #33 Squiters and Pink Cams, No Choke

-GM HEi Unit, Accell Module and Accell Coil, with a Mallory 6A Ignition Box

-Flowtech headers and a Flowmaster 40

-And lastley a 100 Shot of Nitrous.

Hoping for 400HP Motor and 500HP on the gas, FW HP of course.

Ended up ordering a Comp ***** Thumper instead. and also picked up a MSD StreetFire Sizzy and a Swivel water neck, so i can use a Vortec hose.

engine is ready to be put in, also added a set of 1.5:1 Roller Rockers.

Also i ended up getting a 1988 638 TBI Block, 4-Bolt main, With full roller provisions all machined and Mechanical Fuel Pump Ready.
