Issues with brake lights and signal lights

So I have a 93 chevy and when I press my brakes the reverse lights come on but also when I turn on my cluster lights my signal lights stay on
Ive checked my grounds and they look good

Is this sudden or were there any other problems? Is power going out on brake wire circuit or backup lights wire circuit?
With instrument lights on and both turn signals in fixed on, are your brake lights on also? As brake light bulb / filament is also turn signal.
