Are you trying to send a picture in a private chat or in a public thread?
You can't send pictures privately. Only for all the world to see! Lol
My Harley forum a few years ago had to stop private pics, as some "unsavory" people were doing "naughty" things and guys were getting in trouble with their old ladies.
Plus some were scammers trying to get business for their "adult" entertainment sites.
