Another new question, but how do you PM a member? I must be missing something obvious...

On the top right corner of the page, move your mouse over where it says "Inbox." A little menu should drop down. Click where it says "Start a New Conversation" and you can enter the member's user name that you're trying to message.
Alternatively, you can just click their user name under their avatar and then click "Start a New Conversation."
