how big of lift is required to run 37s on a 92' k2500?

Back in 02 when 37" Goodyears I believe came out, guy down the street put em on his truck. He had a 6" lift, trimmed the lower part of the fenders. IMO, it didn't look good. I like to have a lil more lift than tire. Especially SAS'd, the tire moves in a different arch than IFS does.

I have 37s on my 98 1500 with a 6" Zone lift. It needed a decent ammount of trimming though and will still rub occasionally on big bumps while turning.

A lot of the rubbing comes from having wide wheels, high offset/low backspace and spacers though. Keep your wheel choices near stock specs and you can clear more.
