I do not think so it should work just fine once the ls tune is replaced with the l31 tune

@Supercharged111 that is true, I did take the extra time to go back and make sure all the right wires were in the right pin holes. But that outta be my problem, I got a Gen III 0411 for a 6.0 LS. It should be okay once it is tuned though correct?

Should be fine and truth be told even if you did screw anything up it's not like it's a difficult fix. I think I've only mispinned 1 wire so far on my 411 swaps.

I think it's fine, like I said could've looked it over when going back through, I guess we will found out after the tune lol.
