I kinda doubt it... Interchangeability like that is more Ford's thing.

Dunno about Ford springs but very little is interchangeable on Fords, even major engine parts across the same size engine from even just a couple years apart. Good friend of mine is a freaking master wizard mechanic and also a Ford guy, and I get to tease him regularly when stuff like this trips him up.

As far as wanting some more spring, let us know what you've already got? The leafs across the entire GMT400 family will swap in (except GMT455 3500HD), as long as you get them from another pickup so the length is the same (Suburban springs are shorter, and Blazer/Tahoe are even shorter still.)

So in other words if you're a 1500, you can put springs from a 1500 w/F44 suspension, 2500LD ("6 lug" 2500 which leafs are a tiny bit stouter than 1500 F44), 2500HD ("8 lug" 2500), 3500...just don't go nuts as you'll kill your ride quality and also set up a mismatch with your front spring weight. Springs from a 1500 F44/2500LD are a nice upgrade for a 1500, especially one that is sagging slightly like I notice many non-F44 K1500's doing.
