Gauges all over the place !!

My temp gauge is 30F too hot
When I press my blinkers everything shakes
When I press my window buttons and they reach the bottom and if I keep holding it my speedometer spikes from 60mph-80mph

All engine and frame grounds good. Is there an interior one?

To answer your questions, yes. It should be attached to the inside of dash support bar at the bottom of the dash right next to the ALDL connector.

I didn't see a ground. I also didn't see a loose wire. Anyone got a pic of where it comes from and where it goes? This is for a 94
