From 5 lug to 6 lug

So I'm wanting to get new rims and tires for my 88 2wd c1500 and have thought about just changing everything from 5 lug to 6 lug as I really like some late model Chevrolet rims. Has anyone done this or know someone that has. What involved? Thanks

Use the searchydoodle at the top right, it's been covered several times in depth. Sometimes ya have to type what your searching for in Google followed by gmt400 and it'll pop up results on this site. For whatever reason the search function on the site shows no results sometimes.

it has been done, the way that I did it on my 90 is I got the hub and spindle kit for 2wd non-HD 2500 and the axle out of a 90's 1500 4x4, the joints match up, if you got the time and money to do it is well worth doing
