Fresh air/recirc door actuator replacement

Does anyone know if there is a way to replace the recirculation door actuator without removing the HVAC housing? I know these aren't the easiest to replace. Mine is running continuously with out even the HVAC module connected any time the key is on and fuse 12 is in place.

If the only way is to remove the HVAC box, does anyone know where I could find a good removal and installation procedure and/or video? Thanks guys.

They show for me as well. Try refreshing the page. I dunno about other people but the past few months I've been seeing a lot of DNS errors while visiting different forums and also a lot of broken pic links which come back after a refresh.

I need to do the same, however some twit broke one of the tabs on the blend door. And I have had that a/c gone thru twice. So I may silicone it or something..
