Filler Panel Question

So I have a question about my filler panel on my 93 Chevy grille. The filler panel it's self is in good shape, but the outside edges that fit right below the corner lights, is all marked up. I want to get a new one, but I'm sure not if the ends come apart from the rest of the filler panel or not. I know it's hard to explain, but my truck is gone away for winter storage, so I can't take any pictures.

I think I know what your talking about. There is a plastic piece attached to each one of the fenders. I have a pic of it on my truck but I cant use a Photobucket link on here since the issues with the site a couple weeks back. Trying to get it figured out so I can send it to you.

Piece of platic between the top of the bumper and under the rust spot???

Yup, that's the piece, I just went to the junkyard and picked two without a mark on them, thanks JJ
