My window on the driver side won't roll down all the way, and when I press the lock doors switch it makes a noise but only locks the passenger side, I can also roll down passenger window with no problem from driver's side. I reset the battery but that didn't fix it. So I thought maybe it was a fuse, and every fuse in the door panel lights on both sides with a test light except for fuse 14 (Illum) and 20 (Trans). I replaced the 14 fuse and it still didn't light with my test light.

So my question is, what's wrong with my door, and are fuses 14 and 20 supposed to light up on my test light when probed.

Perhaps a moderator will move this out of the ENGINE section.

It's broken. Pull the door panel off for inspection and repair of the window and lock mechanism; or the window/lock wiring.

If neither side lights up, you probably don't have the ignition turned on.

If one side lights up and the other side doesn't, the fuse is popped.
