Id love a 6bt Cummins in a 2wd cc dually but I heard that it requires one.

I'd love a cc dually but 4x4. It'd be great to find a HD since those are already leaf springs on the front.

You don't need an sas for the 6bt or the 4bt. Even a 4bd1t can be had without a sas if you clock the starter.
