CR43TS plugs good enough?

Time to treat the old girl to a tune-up. I've always just used stock AC CR43TS plugs but I was wondering if there would be any advantage in switching to one of the other brands, (like E-3), who claim to be superior.
What do you think? The truck is bone-stock with a 5.0.

You can spend a lot of money for boutique "Miracle" spark plugs, but you're unlikely to see any actual gains.
