Concern for rust

Hey guys, See attached pictures. Hood and roof are getting worse. I don't know much about rust/bodywork. From the looks of it does it look like something I should be concerned about? Im willing to strip the hood and roof down and lay down some fresh paint for the time being to keep the body safe/rust free if its needed. Truck is gonna get painted but probably a year+ out from that.

I only looks like clearcoat delamination at this point, but if you do get into it put an epoxy primer on it to protect it as regular primers won't.

Yea you're right just clearcoat delimitation. Just wasn't sure if rust will appear quickly after the clearcoat is gone, aka something should be done about it soon, or if the paint will stay and be fine for a while...
