i have a 1999 chevy with the vortec 5.7, auto trans, 4x4. i am doing an egr delete and removing the 02 censors. the only tune i can find is for transmission shift firmness or can only tune out one at a time. i havnt been able to find anything that i can just plug in and tune. the only other problem is it has to be cheap because i am running on a budget and i still have a lot to get done on it.

You're not going to find a handheld programmer that will do what you want. You don't want one anyway, they're garbage.
