Can’t seem to get all air out of rad

The "HOT" light doesn't come on until 245--260 degrees.

My '92 and '93 Luminas don't even turn on the second cooling fan until 220.

235 short-term is nothing.

The cap often gets overlooked, the system needs to generate some pressure. If it doesn't it might not draw from the overflow at cool down either.
