Bumper with fog lights?

I know i have seen a bumper for our gmt 400's that had round fog lights in them but i cannot find them anywhere. Anybody know where i can find one?

LMC truck has aftermarket bumpers that have provisions for round lights. Personally, I think they look ricey.
