What are the best ways to gain power in a 96+ 350 without braking the bank doing an engine swap, supercharger or turbo? Thanks much..

Mark8 efan swap, upgraded fuel spider injector..? but judging by ur sig looks like u got just about everything u can, besides the 383 stoker or LS swap...

I think one of the best ways would be a Black Bear Performance tune. I haven't gotten one yet, but I have heard good things, and several members have gotten one and it sounds awesome!

With what his sig lists, I doubt it even Idles fine without having a tune. So I'm going to assume that's done.

Big 3 mod might not be a bad idea. Especially with HID's and aftermarket stereo. Not really a performance mod though. Still wouldn't hurt.
