I am putting a 5.3 in my 96 k1500 suburban, that is actually more like a k2500, former 6.5 truck, and I’m looking for help on how to make the ac work without spending a ton of money on the ict billet brackets, I’ve tried constructing my own brackets to no avail, any help from anyone who has already done this would be majorly appreciated, if I can just use the 5.3 compressor and get different lines to hook up to it, I’m at a loss and don’t want to spend $500 on brackets as I’m already about $2700 into the swap thanks

Have you checked with the LS swap forums, they probably have a standard list swap parts.
