Hey everyone,
I just fixed my c1500 91' 350 air conditioner , and it works fine except the engine temperature increases when i stop or drive in traffic, and decreases in high speeds , any suggestions? ( the belt is shaking, I don't know if it's ok )

Is the radiator fan working?

Check the fan and make sure the condenser isn't plugged up.

Depending on how hot the temperature is where you drive, and what you mean by the "engine temperature increases", there may be nothing wrong. The AC condenser, located in front of the rad, emits heat. Therefore, warmer air is being blown over the rad, so it will not cool the engine as well as it will when the AC is off. If it is already quite hot where you drive (like say Texas in the summer), things could be normal.

If the engine is overheating, ie: boiling the coolant, then perhaps the radiator is partially plugged, the thermostat could be malfunctioning, or you might have clogged coolant passages in the block and heads.
