Yep it is a 4wd, and even lowered 3/3 it still look's like it sit's high, also everything 4wd has been gutted except for the transfer case, until we get a 4L60E built for it.

If you notice its a 88-94 style dash. Its a 4x4 plus he mentioned a frame swap
