I have a 98 z71 push button 4x4 and when i turn ignition on all three 4x4 lights come on, go off like they should then just 4 hi illuminates and blinks but truck is in 2 wheel as i can spin front drive shaft freely. I can put truck in neutral hit 2hi and put in reverse then 2 hi illuminates amd stays lit with 4hi still blinking. Any ideas on what it could be? I replaced encoder it stopped the blinking 4hi light then a few hours later i started truck and it was blinking again
