You can plug and unplug with the engine running, doesn't matter. Lean stinks too even without misfires, but with -18% fuel trims you're definitely fat. What's your pressure KOEO?

Spike to 60 then settles to 55 after pump shuts off

How many grounds does the engine harness have??? I have a single black wire with eyelet at the thermostat housing and a single wire at the back of the right head plus the engine to chassis ground strap there.

I also want to add this point. The engine runs absolutely perfect when the maf is unplugged. Normally the shifts are extremely sluggish as well even with having a sonnax line pressure booster and all new accumulator Pistons and valve body separator plate. When its unplugged it shifts great and firm like I would expect it to.
