We plugged the scanner in today and noticed the maf sensor was reading a little low so I cleaned that up good and it seems to have taken care of my issue.

You wouldn't happen to be running a K&N or similar oiled gauze filter, would you? Common cause of the dirty MAF.

Just the factory air filter. I do live on gravel so I'm sure that doesn't help
