96 Silverado door lock wiring diagram

Looking for a wiring diagram and can't find it on the net. Door locks have power to the switch but not to actuators (wires are good). There is no power to fuse 13 or the relay. Some have said there is a second relay (not on the fuse box) but I find none anywhere. Would appreciate any help.

Tip: fuses feed the circuit right, therefore no power at switch.
In the search bar at top of forum enter " service manuals " . The link will be in one of the paragraphs. Go to manuals and download your year or 95 and up. In vol 1, in electrical section. Step by step for troubleshooting. And electric digrams. It will be your new BFF, and will answer your questions, now and in the future.
