96' 3500 Rpm Surge 7.4L

Hey everyone!
So, my 96 3500 has been surging for some reason, it only happens when the temp is at 160° or higher.
I put a new pcv and hose that connects to it and it only stops surging when I pull out the pcv and put my finger over it.

I attatched a video link.
Any advice will help!!

The light is for my 02 sensor. Would that cause the surge?

Faulty PVC? Or damaged hoses sounds like a vacuum leak do a smoke test

I went and got another one. Going to bring it up to temp again tomorrow and see if that was the issue. Know where any vacuum diagrams are?

I'd imagine that info is probably in the GM factory service manuals somewhere. You can download them here for free. The link to the '96 manuals is on page nine of this thread, post number 86 by OB1214. This link should take you right to it.
