I bought this 94 1500 4wd new and it now has 168,000 miles. it usually runs great but now and then it will illuminate the cel and go into limp mode. When it does this it smells real rich. So far I installed a new egr valve, iac, map, plugs, wires, cap, & rotor, new Delphi fuel pump & fuel filter. I installed a new throttle body base gasket. I have cleaned every ground, checked for vacuum leaks numerous times with carb spray & smoke test. It does not leave a code other than 12. It only does this now and then immediately on start up. Most of the time it starts and runs fantastic without a light and shifts properly. What am I missing. This has been a great truck all these years.
