I always want to tell people, too. Unfortunately, all too often, the seller doesn't care, or doesn't beleive me. There is a seller on ebay that is a salvage yard that is always screwing up the years on 454 parts. They'll list TBI stuff as being Vortec. After several attempts, I realized they don't care. Another seller, listed a 3500HD as having an Allison transmission. I let them know it was actually a 4L80E. They argued with me, and when they finally admitted that it was a 4L80E, acted as though, they were correcting me, or answering my question. Once in a while a seller will actually thank me for the information...... although, that doesn't necessarily mean they'll change the listing. Now I just fight the urge to send a message, and save the hassle of dealing with people.
