Today I checked and it held 50psi for 4 hours. It bleeds to 0 overnight.

After 4 hours it stumbled a little upon cranking but not really hard to start.

What's normal? Should it be bleeding to 0 psi overnight?

So the truck does manage to fire then? I thought it would crank, but

Ok, thanks for the clarification.

Does your fuel pressure hold with key on engine off? Should only drop a few psi after 10-15 minutes. If it falls more, your FPR is probably leaking and that floods the engine when you try to start it.

This indeed was the case. The FPR was an OEM that came installed on the OEM MPFI injectors so I'm disappointed that it failed in just a few short years.

I saw no obvious signs of leaking inside the intake but the truck sat untouched for a few weeks anyhow.

I also found the O-ring around the fuel injector electric plug was stretched so probably had a vacuum leak here to some degree.

I swapped the FPR and that Oring and she starts up, every day, without fail.

Thank you sir for your help
