so I know this subject has be covered a lot on the net but I can not find out exactly what I have to do. So I have 2 1995 trucks ones a 350 extended cab one is a 305 regular cab the 305 is wore out 400k miles leaks oil like a fish and water out of the freeze plugs the 350 is a better motor seeing as I have both complete trucks what all do I have to swap over to make the 350 run right? In the regular cab while I have motors out I might get the 350 freshened up not sure yet Just need some direction. Thanks if there is a tread already on this if you could link me to it I will read away, just couldn’t find it searching.

As far as the PCMs go, look to see if they are the same (look behind the glove box on the right). Hopefully they're the 7427. If so, you can just swap the EPROMs or the whole box. If not, you'll need to see if you can swap the PCMs by confirming the connectors and the pin-outs, are the same.
