305/35/22 tires on a bagged/bd'd obs

hi all just wondering if 305/35/22 tires will physically fit under the rear of my obs which will be bagged and bd'd i realise the diff will have to be shortened but will they fit in between frame and the bedside (guard) without having to narrow the frame width? just dont want them rubbing on the inner part of the bedside and frame when it aired out, thanks ryan
