1994 Suburban no brake lights or hazards.

Hey guys so as the title says I am having issues with my brake lights and hazards not working. The headlights and turn signals all work fine, but when I step on thew brakes I get nothing. Also when I hit the button for the hazards I get nothing, no lights, no blinking lights on the dash or clicking noise. So I am thinking that the two are connected, I have heard that they run off of a multi-function switch. Could swapping in a new on fix it. Not really sure where to go now, oh I replaced the brake switch and that did not help.

Most goofy problems like that tend to be found in trailer wiring.
