My father bought this truck from the original owner in 1996, I don't remember the mileage at the time. He was in an accident with it sometime in 2002. The front sheet metal was destroyed. The front of the frame was straightened, but the parts were never purchased to put it back together.
To make a long story short, this truck became mine when both of my parents passed away from cancer. My Dad in 2009 and my mother in 2010. The day my mother died I needed to decide what I was going to do with this truck.
This video is from that day June 22 2010.
It has been a love/hate relationship with this truck ever since that day. The engine that was in it cracked a piston shortly after I had it on the road due to a bad fuel injector. Bought a GEP engine, blew some head gaskets, sat a while, another block and a few years later, some paint and its back on the road again.
