1990 Suburban Headers on 1996 k1500?

[k15 5.7l]

Hey,
I was wondering if Hedman long tube headers off of a 1990 suburban 5.7l tbi will work on my 1996 k1500 5.7l vortec? I know i have to weld in the 02 bungs and all but will the fitment be right or not?

anyone know?? Looking to pick these up tonight or this weekend if they'll bolt up and fit.

Not sure if they'll clear the 4wd components, but even if they do you still have the EGR tube on the driver's bank to contend with. Simply plugging it will still cause issues with the tune when the system is expecting EGR flow at cruise.

That's right, it was still a square body. Right then, not working without major modifications.
