1990 350 build.

My 70 year old grandpa has a completely redone 1990 ss clone with a 350 in it. He still has some need for power and wants to juice it up some. Wants to buy a drop in engine. Is there any way we can find him something that is around 350-400 hp and still use the throttle body and all the electronics for drivability ? Any suggestions?
