05 GMC z71 build

Well guys i traded my 05 gmc that was lifted and most people know around here. I traded it for a 05 GMC z71 with leather interior , 5.3 vortec, and 112k on the clock. Ill start a build thread even tho there is no huge plans for this truck like there was the other one

Plans:
Aftermarket headunit
Put my Jl Subs and kicker amp in.
Tool box for the bed.
Billet grill

As of owning it for 3 days,

today i cranked the front to level it out, changed to oil and trans fluid, installed 285/70/17 nitto terra grapplers, did rear brake shoes on it, and installed my hids headlights.

o and the best part, installed the car seat.

Do we have any wiring gurus on the site? Id like to do a 4 hi mod on this truck but not sure if its the same as a gmt400 or not.

Man I miss my nbs. Whenever I get another truck so I can start my motor swap and build this truck how I want it I'm gettin another nbs but ill prob end up slamming it like my other one that was stolen from me

Thanks c1500 for the link, thats what i did this afternoon.

Heres a few pics of the 6 hi mod. Now i gotta order hids for the highs and the fogs.

Now when i hit the bright switch the highs and the fogs come on.
