Transfer Case Shifter Question
Switching over from a 243 to 241 transfer case, I am trying to dissassemble the 241's shifter for clean paint and restoration. Question, the shifter has a long grip (from a 96) and not a ball like the older units, does anyone know how this comes off? :uhoh2: The old ball types use to just...- Nomad

NP1 to NP8 Swap or neutral
I need to be able to tow my 97 Tahoe behind an RV, as I understand it the was possible in 99 because the NP8 transfer case has a neutral position, I unfortunately have a NP1.
