I have true duels all the way out the back at 45s with 4x18 45 degree slash tips... looks great and sounds great. very loud. sorry for no pic :/

well that pretty well clears it up for me! i definitely won't be cutting any exhaust off though, so sorry to disappoint. ;) its not like i have a truck built to where it would matter if i lost a few hp down low, but i was curious anyways. i will tell you that its stupid loud... i have 18 in...

ok guys i decided i'm going to rebuild the transfer case and hope that i can fix the problem... but i don't know where to get a rebuild kit. i called the local napa and they didn't really have a kit for it, just a few misc. things. any ideas on where i could order one complete kit? and how much?

Ok that sounds completely logical to me, and is what I first suspected. I haven't taken the transfer case apart yet bit that will be my next project! I'll let you all know when I've made more progress! Thanks for all the responses y'all have been a great help!

Ok guys update I was able to pull the plate off the bottom of the flywheel and unbolted the flywheel from the torque converter and found that the converter was junk!

Lol well I already have the case out so that'll just make things easier when pulling the tranny. So put my finger in the torque converter while its in the tranny and it should only turn one direction?

Ok I'll be pulling the case out again in a few hours and I'll check to see if it turns both ways! If it is bad looks like ill be doing my first rebuild too :) thanks for all the help I'll update as soon as I'm done today

I'll make sure the spline counts are the same but I tried manually moving it thru the gears with a crescent wrench when I had the linkage off and it still wouldn't drive the wheels.

i'm not sure i'll have to check that out! i guess i should have mentioned before that i have a th400. it does slip on without and problem tho :/ still gonna have to check!

yep the front wheels don't turn so its definitely a possibility that it could be the connectors, but unfortunately i have limited knowledge of the front diff. and yeah i'm sure i put it back together correctly.. i even pulled it out and put it back in again to double check and to check over the...

hmm... so how do i get them to align correctly? and its a possibility that its shot, but i kinda doubt it since i had it out and ran it through the gears and everything that should have been moving in each gear was moving correctly. also any ideas on why the front wheels wouldn't spin? if i turn...
