    Front Shock Bushings

Picked up new Bilstein front and rear shocks for my C1500. The rear was simple and straightforward. The front however. I have everything tightened down as much as I can, I cannot get these bushings to crush and expand to the width of the washer. I am using a wrench while tightening and holding...

    Control Arm Options

Thanks @95burban . Track width is one of the reasons I'm skipping on spindles. although, from what I've researched, React Suspension seems to keep the same track width, but I am very much caught up on my 15 inch wheels and not really wanting to trim the LCA. Any negatives about DJM? I've heard...

    Control Arm Options

@618 Syndicate , that is probably an even better way to go. Just go with the 2" shackle. But I'm a stubborn SOB. I'm still dropping the front 2. haha. Worst-case scenario, I hate it. Meh. so ill try to swing back to my original thought. should I go full ridetech front? or just Alden coilovers?

    Control Arm Options

Thanks so much, @Drunkcanuk and @618 Syndicate, for the information. In my personal opinion, I don't love the look of an extended cab with a 4/6. I think it needs just a little. It's one of the reasons I'm only considering a 2/4. Appreciate everyone's replies and the feedback. I don't have any...

    Control Arm Options

Thanks all. So, for coilovers with stock control arms, it seems that Alden and QA1 make them for our trucks. Is it worth going with only springs? Or do I go all in on a new control arm setup from RideTech? I am pretty stuck on a 2/4 drop at this point. I will eventually go with a C-notch as it...

    Control Arm Options

I have been going back and forth on spindles vs springs to lower my truck 2/4. Because I have a 15x8 wheel, I thinking I will go with control arms and coil overs. Any suggestions on going with this setup?

    Local Shop Recommendations

Thanks for the reply appreciate it. I happen to find a shop that will be able to do it for me in a day. So I think for my time I’m just gonna take it over there. Kind of the same thing with an engine swap for me. I could do it myself, but I just don’t have the time. Barely have time to get my...

    Local Shop Recommendations

Thanks so much. It’s a 98 Silverado. I’m really just looking for a 2/4 drop so spindles upfront, and I think hangers and shackles and back should get me that It’s mostly the c notch that has me concerned. I am not the guy that can do that. Everything else is easy. But my other problem is...
