Clutch issues on manual swap

We have an nv3500 we're trying to swap into a truck (94 tbi) in place of a 4l60e. We're having master cylinder and clutch disengagement issues. Essentially the pedal is super stiff to the point where the firewall is trying to flex, and we're getting a little but not much movement on the clutch...

'98 nv3500 slave cylinder bleeding issues

Hey so I'm trying to add fluid to my clutch system for the first time and I'm having trouble getting any to actually come through. I've heard in some places that I need to compress the throwout bearing/slave cylinder to get the bubbles out. Is that the case, and do I have to drop to tranny...

1994 K1500 4L60E to NV3500 swap

Super helpful guys, thanks. Have another question, I found a guy that will sell me a NV 3500 with a transfer case already attached, but it's on a 5.7 vortec, My question is will that transmission be able to bolt up to a 5.7 TBI with no issues?

Hey, I've been looking to swap my 4l60e for a manual for a while now, and there are just a few questions I still have after a bunch of research. First, what is the output shaft spline ct. on the nv3500's vs the 4l60e's? I've got a 241c tcase and would like to know if that is compatible or not...

Can somebody tell me what paint colors I have here?

'94 K1500 Two Tone Z71, 350 TBI. Based upon what I've seen/read I'm thinking Teal Green Metallic & Quicksilver. Can I get some confirmation on whether or not that is correct? Also, if anyone knows if it's possible to buy stock paint for these trucks anymore I'd like to know.
