Grounding/Instrument Panel Question

97 GMC with instrument panel issues. I ran some beefy grounds thinking that was the issue.(after reading here on Big 3) No tach or speedo movement. Lights all seem to work fine. Battery reading goes to 19volts, temp goes to 210. Fuel has been weird as well. They don't move after driving it...

Instrument Cluster 97 Sierra

New to me 97 Sierra. No speedo. No tach. No fuel. No oil pressure. Lights look ok. Battery looks like it moves. Temp moves. I see a lot of threads about it and have tried to read them all but I have what I hope is an easy question. Is the panel somehow marked original to the truck? Would I be...
